Stellar Communications BBU-3000 series is a compact and robust NFPA 1221/72 compliant battery backup system designed to provide uninterruptible power to Public Safety BDA systems. With available battery standby current capacity options between 80-300Ah, the BBU-3000 series can ensure full and continuous operation of up to two separate Bi-directional Amplifiers for 24 hours or longer. The system is compatible with all 24VDC and -48VDC Public Safety BDA systems and is configurable to allow for either normally open or normally closed alarm triggers.

The BBU-3000 series annunciator displays all NFPA required monitoring alarms and is available in a single BDA, UHF/VHF, UHF/700/800 or VHF/700/800 configuration. The included remote annunciator is capable of being mounted up to 4000 feet away from the BBU-3000 main unit and multiple annunciators may be used with just one BBU.

The BBU-3000 series is flexible and expandable, ensuring uninterrupted standby power for 12 to 24 hours or longer. Available AGM battery configuration options include 80Ah, 100Ah, 200Ah and 300Ah of standby current, housed in the included NEMA 3R enclosure(s).
